CAIO of One (caioofone.com) works with Chief AI Officers who hold the title without a team. We teach the governance work and build the systems with you. Utlyze runs it; James Brady founded Utlyze.
Why it exists
The Chief AI Officer title is spreading fast, often to a leader who already has another job. That person still owes the company a policy, a set of priorities, sound vendor choices and a report the board can trust. Our job is to help one leader do the work of an AI office, then hand that leader the means to run it.
Who runs it
Utlyze, which has worked with businesses on AI since ChatGPT’s public release in November 2022. The approach follows the Of One method, published at of1.ai.
